Change of the Chairman of the Executive Board of HELM AG

The Supervisory Board of HELM AG and its Chairman Dieter Schnabel appointed Stephan Schnabel as successor to the Chairman of the Executive Board Hans-Christian Sievers as of April 1st, 2020.

After more than 34 successful years with the HELM Group, Hans-Christian Sievers has handed over the position of Chairman of the Executive Board to Stephan Schnabel.

With Stephan Schnabel, the third generation of the Schnabel family takes over as Chairman of the Executive Board of HELM AG.

Stephan Schnabel has been with the HELM Group for over 20 years. After his apprenticeship in foreign trade, he held positions in Dusseldorf/Germany and Istanbul/Turkey, as well as various positions at HELM in Hamburg/Germany, before being appointed to the Executive Board in 2012.

“I was looking forward to this day for a long time. Now, I am excited and motivated to work with all colleagues to further develop the HELM Group”, says Stephan Schnabel, CEO of HELM.  

The Schnabel family aims to ensure that HELM remains a family company in the long term.
